Numbers dialed more than x times

Try one of the following:

1. Exception report:

If a Number exceeds 2 of these Calls for Today
This wil display all numbers that were dialed more than once for Today.

By default TOPAZ installation, all calls are Business. You can check this
setting under Topaz->Setup->Properties->Filters and Defaults.

To set a specific number to Business or Private go to
Data->Numbers to set it to Private tick the box(Tick=Private).

You can also draw an exception report for telephone numbers by
- Call Types: Outgoing: International, National, Private, Business, Cellular
Incoming: Incoming Calls.
- Call
- Cost
- Duration

2. Custom report:

Report options : Summary
Select records : Today
Summary Report Formats : Call category
Order by : Calls
Group by : Number
Maximum Records : 35 (this limits output to only one page)

This report will show the top 35 numbers that were dialed for today, and will show
the most dialed ones at the top. It will group the calls by all the Call Types,
with a total for all Call Types.
