Why did my serial number change?

On Windows 2000 and XP you have different logins on
one PC. If you log in as adminastrator to do the installation
and then log in as the User to register TOPAZ or to work
on it, you will then get a different serial number.

You have to login as the Windows User who will be using TOPAZ:
Do a reset serial
Re-register TOPAZ.
