The cause of your problem could be:
incorrect setup in TOPAZ
or one of the rates files are damaged.
Rates Update for 1 January 2004 (only 082 numbers thru the router)
Try the following:
Make sure that your routing table is setup correct.
ALSO SEE: How do I setup cellrouters after 2003?
A line number in the routing table will only be costed according
to the rate specified in the routing table. Make double sure
that the spelling of your "UsePrefix" in the routing table
matches that in the document, else the wrong rate will be
picked up.
Close TOPAZ, delete C:\tmpTopaz.
This will remove all temporary files used for calculations
to for example create a report.
Reindex the Router File.

Make sure you are using the LATEST RATES update and that
the files are not damaged:
Please download this from the internet, www.datatex.co.za
or if you have the latest TOPAZ CD, go to the Updates folder.
Once you have the rates update, Run the rates update for your country.
This will ensure that files that are out of date or damaged will be replaced.
Once this is done, open TOPAZ to do a Load Rates:
TOPAZ -> Setup -> Properties -> Rates -> Click on Load Rates,
to include your rates and router changes.
To check if the RatesPrefix file was recreated go to
C:\Program Files\Datatex\Topaz\Data list the file with details,
the modified date must be the date and time you did the Load Rates.
If not check that the files are not read-only.
Now you have a new RatePrefix file with all your up to date rates
information. All calls from now on should be costed accordingly.
TOPAZ -> Setup -> Properties -> Rates -> Click on Re-cost
Enter the date from when you need the new rates to fix the rates of
calls made before the update.
Once your followed all the steps, your rates files should be replaced
with your changes and the data prior to the changes should also be updated.
Pull the report again.
