Try the following:
Site Setup:
Make sure that there are no network problems
at your client. Let their IT department sort this out.

TOPAZ Setup:
Make sure you are using TOPAZ 1.7.0.0 and
TOPAZ Call Monitor 1.6.5.15 or 1.6.5.16
The download is available on the internet:
www.datatex.co.za-> downloads-> Go to the TOPAZ section.
Use the PC Names in TOPAZ-> DATA-> EXTENSION-> IP ADDRESS
In C:\Program Files\Datatex\CallMonitor\users.log
is a list of all the extension that is setup in TOPAZ.
This list is created when you close and open TOPAZ Call
Monitor. You can view this list from the user drop
down in your TOPAZ Call Monitor when you send messages.
If you cannot view the list, TOPAZ Call Monitor is not
receiving it from TOPAZ.
