This can be done using a custom report.
To create a new report, click on 'REPORTS -> CUSTOM REPORTS'
Click on the "+", now enter your report heading under 'Description'.
Note: This report shows all international calls (Incoming and Outgoing).
Displays each extension's international calls on a different page:
Report Options : Summary & Incl Incoming Calls
Select Records : [own choice]
Summary Report Formats : 6. Detail with Summary
Order By : Calls [or own choice]
Maximum Records : 0
Group By : Extension [or own choice]
Field Selection : CallType = INTERNATIONAL
List a summary of the number of international calls per extension:
Report Options : Summary & Incl Incoming Calls
Select Records : [own choice]
Summary Report Formats : 3. Private vs Business [or option 4 or 5]
Order By : Calls [or own choice]
Maximum Records : 0
Group By : Extension [or own choice]
Field Selection : CallType = INTERNATIONAL
Displays all international calls without page breaks:
Report Options : ONLY Include Incoming Calls
Select Records : [own choice]
Detail Report Format : No Breaks
Order By : When [or own choice]
Maximum Records : 0
Field Selection : CallType = INTERNATIONAL
(Note: CallType LIKE INTER% may also be used.)
Please Note: To see all the calls that is NOT international,
change the 'Field Selection' option to 'CallType <> INTERNATIONAL'.
