You won't be able to view a detailed
Private vs Business call per user.
Try the following option:
If you want to see which numbers were
dialed for a specific extension
(e.g. ext 111) Then you choose "extension"
in the "Field selection" section, then "="
and "111". Choose "Private vs Business"
in the "Summary Reports Format" section.
If you "Group By" the report by "Number"
it shows the private and business
numbers for that extension.
