The Enquiries grid only shows one record at a time

1. Ensure that the column widths are spaced
correctly.

(It has been noted that an empty
column was resized to the full width
of the screen, thus preventing you from
seeing the information.)

2. Try importing old call information.

TOPAZ: Setup => Properties => PABX

"Import now" => go to the OLDPABXPIP folder.

(Path: C:\Program Files\Datatex\Topaz\OldPabxPip)

3. If the problem persists please see:

I have no data in enquires screen in TOPAZ, but CALL DATA in PABX3 shows data.
