How to use the barring facility on the ISDX

Barring is done on the extension.

Minimum requirements
ISDX:Plugin to use: ISDX Plugin 2005.1.6.10 or newer
PABX3 to use: PABX3 3.3.1.17 or newer
ISDX Binary: Does TOPAZ work with the ISDX PABX Unit?
Plugin to use: PISDXbinary_CPT_FNB.dll
PABX3 to use: pabx3.exe, version 3.3.2.0 or newer
ALSO SEE: What is new in PABX3 3.3.2.0
Frontoffice interface 1.2.0.4 or newer
Topaz 1.7.0.7

First, get the PABX3 and then TOPAZ to receive data.
Now proceed with barring setup!

PABX3
Click on OPTIONS -> Network -> Tick Frontoffice to enable it.
Ensure that the correct IP and port[default = 25002] is specified.
Create a text file in the PABX3 folder called "commands.txt". Put the
Level, User and Key for this PABX in this file. E.g.
01 02 1112221234

FRONTOFFICE
Click on OPTIONS -> General -> Select STANDARD format.
Change the Update Speed to 1 second.
Configure the comport as the CLIENT (NON-SMDR) comport
on the ISDX
Click on OPTIONS -> COMMUNICATION -> Tick DISCONNECT WHEN IDLE.

TOPAZ
The Barring Class Of Service for an ISDX ranges from 1 through 31.
The correct default COS codes have to be entered into the Bar and
UNBar COS under SETUP -> Properties -> Filters and defaults.
Each User can have a seperate COS code entered for them under
DATA -> Users
Now when ever Topaz wants to bar or unbar an extension, it will send
the information to the PABX3, which will process it. The PABX3 will
then send the data to the Frontoffice interface that will send it
to the PABX.
