If TOPAZ is not importing data then Call Monitor will not
show pop-ups, to prompt for reference codes. If you fix
TOPAZ, then Call Monitor will prompt for reference codes.
We need to remove calls from the TRAN file.
If the table is full, no data can be imported into the data-
base. You can use TOPAZ Centre to archive the call data.
Close the Master TOPAZ and all Client TOPAZ connections.
Please make a backup of your DATA folder before your run TOPAZ Centre.

Once there are less calls in TOPAZ, it will import calls again,
but you need to maintain your TOPAZ Tran database. Use TOPAZ
Centre to archive your data.
TOPAZ and Call Monitor (using Reference codes):
The Reference codes entered in the Call Monitor pop-up is
stored on the TRAN file. If you replace the TRAN file with
the blank TRAN file, all your references to the calls will
be lost.
If the TRAN file was damaged, it has to be re-created.
To re-create the TRAN file with the reference:
Save your calls and reference codes:
TOPAZ -> SETUP -> PROPERTIES -> PABX -> Export TRX now.
Copy the blank TRAN files from the TOPAZ CD in the
DATA folder
Remove the read-only on all TRAN files.
Now import your calls and references:
TOPAZ -> SETUP -> PROPERTIES -> PABX -> Import Now,
select the TRX file from where your exported it.
If you cannot export the TRX, then your reference are
lost, but you can retrieve your call data.
