TOPAZ is not finding the database for some reason.
You need to reindex.

If all fails:

Close TOPAZ and PABX3(if on the same PC).
Delete the "C:\Program Files\Datatex" folder (or move it for a backup).
Do the TOPAZ installation from the CD again.
