For TOPAZ to function correct we need at least:
Date call was made.
Time call was made.
Extension call was made from or call received.
Duration of call.
Line call was made on.

If this data is not unique, the second call with the same data
will be seen as a duplicate and be disgarded.

The basic ation types for incoming and outgoing calls is:
Answered
Unanswered
Transferred
Internal

Please see below, detailed scription of all call data fields
imported into TOPAZ.

PABX3 will collect the following data from the rawdata:

Date:
If the PABX unit does not give off a date, the PC date is used.

Time:
If the PABX unit does not give off the time, the PC time is used.

Ext:
The extension dial from(outgoing call)
or the call was received on(incoming call)

If no extension is received from the PABX unit, "EXT" is used.

Number:
Phone number dialed
or dialed from (CLI).

If PABX unit does not give of CLI, "INCOMING" will be displayed.

Call Direction:
We need an indication in the call data string to determine if a
call is incoming or outgoing.

If no call direction is determined (incoming or outgoing),
the call is disgarded.

Account:
Account code used to make the outgoing call.

Duration:
The duration of the call made.

It will be displayed in the format HH:MM:SS. If the value
is stored in a different format, it information to configured
it to the format HH:MM:SS.

If no duration is supplied, we will use "00:00:00".

Line:
The Line number used for this call. (Up to 9 Char long).

If no line number is supplied, then "LINE" will be used.

Action:
An Action type related to this call.

If no action is supplied calls will be marked as incoming answered
or outgoing answered only.

Pulses:
Meter pulses if used.

RingTime:
In TOPAZ the Ring Time of the call is in seconds. If the PABX
gives it of in a different format, it has to be translated to
seconds.

If no ringtime is given off by the PABX unit, then zero will be
used as ringtime.
