Topaz report:Business/Private Calls per user by Account Code

Please note:

This report is useful to companies who have separate account
codes for Business and Private calls. This report has to be
done separately for each user. And Private and Business
calls are done on separate reports using the same format as
shown below only the Account code will change to either The
Business one or Private one.


Setup a report in TOPAZ by Account code for business/private
calls made per user:


To create a new report, click on REPORTS > CUSTOM REPORTS
Click on the "+", now enter your report heading under Description,
example Topaz Report: Business calls for "User Name".


Description : Example: Business Calls for "USER NAME"
Report options : Tick "summary"
Select records : All
Summary Report Format : Detail with summary
Order by : When (Detail only)
Group by : Account Code
Maximum Records : 0
Field Selection : Account Code = (enter the business account
code for the user)
Only Select These : Select All_Branch_
Select All_Departments_
Select All_Sections_
