Costing on Incoming Line: No Costing on one line

Overview:

To cost incoming calls, make sure the 'tick box' is selected in the Costing
on CLI section,Also see SSL Topaz: Costing for incoming calls.

This is a global setting. All incoming calls will now be costed.


To setup a line not to be costed, see setup below:

The line can only be configured not to cost, if:
The line has ONLY incoming calls (else outgoing calls will have zero cost).
The line must have incoming CLI.
Setup:

In Topaz -> Rates -> Routing Tables

Click on the + to insert a new record
Enter the line number/s you dont want costed under the line column
Under the UsePrefix column type in 'INTERNAL'
Click on the 'tick' to save this setting


In Topaz -> Reports -> Custom Reports
Follow the setup below to view whether the line is costing calls or not

Description: Enter a description for your Report
Report Options: Tick summary and Incoming calls only
Summary Report Formats: Call Category
Order By: Cost
Group by: Line
Field Selection: Number <> INCOMING
*please note INCOMING in CAPS only
Click on the 'tick' to save the report
Click on 'View' to view the report.


You can also setup your own rate (UsePrefix) to cost the line at.
