Why does TOPAZ cost my "collect/reverse" call?

When you receive a call and the operator asks if you will accept
a collect call, the PABX still sees this call as an incoming call.
Therefore TOPAZ will not cost the call, but the service provider
will cost you for this call.

TOPAZ cannot differenciate between the collect call and a normal
incoming call.

This is a functionallity from your service provider.
