My TOPAZ Call Monitor is very slow between button clicks

The TOPAZ Call Monitor has the option to delete messages older than
30 days.

Right-click on the TOPAZ CallMonitor icon.
Select 'Messages'.
On the 'Topaz Interoffice Messages' screen, click on the
'Purge Old Messages...' button.
The message prompt 'Delete message(s) older than 32 days?'
will be display. Click on 'Yes' to delete all messages older
than 32 days.
