OVERVIEW:
The Ericsson MD110 does not give the year in the date, it only gives the day and month.
The PABX3 plugin uses the year part of the PC date as the call date for TOPAZ. If the
call data is loaded via PABX3 on a day other than it was send off from the PABX then it
will use the year part of the PC date when PABX3 is used to translate the call data.
This can happen when calls is recorded on a buffer and send to PABX3 at a later stage
(for example the calls for 31 December 2006 is loaded via PABX3 on 1 January 2007).

Possible fix:
All calls loaded into TOPAZ is moved from the pabx3 folder to the oldpabxpip folder. The
file is rename to have a hexvalue file name. If you sort these files by modify date, you
can select the files for the date you require.
Navigate to C:\Program Files\Datatex\Topaz\OldPabxPip,
Copy the affected pip file/s to a location on your PC,
Open the copied file with Edit or Notepad,
Change the date to the correct date needed,
Load the file manually into TOPAZ.
SETUP -> PROPERTIES -> PABX -> Import Now
Navigate to where you saved the file and click on 'OPEN'.
You will need to remove the calls with incorrect dates.
TOPAZ only has a 'Purge Prior To' option. If you need to remove calls in the future, please
contact support@datatex.co.za for assistance.
