OVERVIEW
As soon as the problem is reported to Datatex Support,
one of the Support Staff will send a SQL file to clear the wrong call details from the tran.
When the SQL is received please follow steps below:
Step 1.
Extract the SQL to a location on your PC and save,(eg.C:\Program Files\Datatex\Topaz)
In TOPAZ go to "Queries" -> "Open query" and navigate to where you saved the SQL,
Click on the SQL and click open. An error message will appear click OK.
Please note:
If "Auto load" is ticked in TOPAZ (Setup - Properties - PABX)
The pip files will be loaded 'Live' and then every hour(60min) it will recap.
If "Auto load" is unticked in TOPAZ (Setup - Properties -PABX)
The pip files will be loaded every hour(60min) or when TOPAZ is re-opened.
Step 2.
Check the PIP files for the incorrect date and change it to the correct date.
The default location for the PIP files is C:\Program Files\Datatex\Topaz\OldPabxPip
You can double click on "Date Modified" to sort the pip files by last updated.
Step 3.
Now you can import the modified pip files into TOPAZ.
