How do I view the line numbers in TOPAZ?

In TOPAZ => Data - Lookups - lines

This will provide you with a list of all the line numbers in TOPAZ.

Please Note: You will not be able to print it as this feature is not available.


In TOPAZ => Reports - Custom Report

Report Options -> tick Summary and Include Incoming Calls
Select Records -> tick All
Order By -> Group
Summary Report Formats -> Private vs Business
Group By -> Line
Field Selection -> Line

This report will give you all the line numbers where calls were made on and a summary of Private vs Business Calls.
You will be able to View, Print, E-mail and Export this report.
