The following was copleted in 1.2.3.0

MD110: Added Extension List to maintain a unique list of devices to update.
MD110: Added a Timed update, extension list will only be processed every 15 minutes.
Updated Apro to 4.06 to work with Delphi 7.
Pass a integer from 0 to 3 as a parameter to the EXE to set the DEBUG Log Level.
Added additional logging.
Trap Invalid Trigger Handle errors.
MD110: Wait longer after logging off to ensure the PABX logs off properly.
