Week range for reporting in TOPAZ when selecting last week

Overview

This problem occurs when the previous Monday was in the previous year.
When a report for 'Last week' is pulled, TOPAZ will then use the
'week of year' method to calculate the report. It does not use date periods.

The report will then display calls that were made in the previous week,
this then falls in the previous year. This will then be week eg. 200752.
