The Abandoned calls reflect the unanswered calls according
to what is calculated from the PABX. The last column in
this report has the following information:
1. TOTAL: The total number of unanswered calls
for the extension.
2. AVG Ringtime: The amount of time the phone
rang at the extension before hanging up expressed as an
average for the total unanswered calls.
3. %: Percentage value of the total unanswered
calls. Example, 13 percent of the total received calls were
unanswered.
