TOPAZ and Call Monitor inter-office-messages

If Call Monitor is installed with TOPAZ, you have the features
to receive popups when a call has ended to enter details
(link a person and/or company to a telephone number or add a
reference for the call made/received).

You can also send messages to other Call Monitor users.

When using the Call Monitor interoffice messages, you can also
configure your Call Monitor to escallate the message to another
Call Monitor agent. This is configured on the workstation that
Call Monitor is installed on (Right-click on Call Monitor icon
and choose Configure, in the Escallation section you can setup
the extension to send the escallation to aswell as the timeout
setting for when to send it).

Call Monitor also list the last number of calls received/made
(Right-click on Call Monitor icon and select Show). You can also
right-click on these entries and send a message or e-mail. It
will add the call details of the call in your e-mail or message,
for example

From: TIME SERVICE
Number: 1026
Date of call: 19-01-2007 08:29:33
PLEASE RETURN THE CALL.

Note: SMTP mail server is required for e-mails.
