My master version of Topaz no longer imports data, and now is apparently a client version.
The licensing information gathered from the system does not match the licensing
information stored in the database. Topaz automatically assumes it is running
as a client version.
This can occur when Topaz has been moved from it's installed PC to a different
one, or when the licensing information has been changed or tampered with.
The only way to correct this problem is to run the Reset program, available on
the Topaz CD under the Extras folder, and also on our website under Utilities.
Then Re-register the Topaz.
