If that does not work try the following. But try one at a time in
the order that they appear here:
TOPAZ Report Settings:
- Write down the settings of the report that gives you the problem and delete it.
Now setup a new report with the same settings and try pulling the report again. - Close TOPAZ, delete the "c:\tmptopaz" directory and start Topaz again.
If you are using any of the export features of Topaz, just copy
those files out of the C:\TMPTopaz folder first and copy them
back when you are done.
- PC requirements and settings for TOPAZ:
- Check if the shared directory on the master PC has full access for the client
PC. - Check that the shortcut being used on both PCs are the same.

TOPAZ Database files:
- Check the record count before doing the re-index,
SETUP-> PROPERTIES-> TRANSACTIONS-> Current Record Count.
If the TRAN file has more than 300 000 records, you will have
to replace it with a blank TRAN and import the calls again.
