- The only option SS75 has to add trailing characters, is to add the date
and time after the call data string. To disable: sd 0 - To check if it is the buffer or the PABX that is adding the trailing characters
(and you are using a serial connection between the buffer and the PABX), unplug
the buffer and receive data straight from the PABX. If the characters is still
present, it comes from the PABX. - There has been cases where the PABX unit was faulty, for example
hit by lightning. The data above was captured with PABX3. Connect with hyper
terminal, it will show the funny/extra characters.
If there is a virus on the system it could also cause this behaviour.
