- To ensure that your database is not corrupted, please do a DBRepaire as suggested in the forum post:
Not all my calls show/missing data on report
- If this does not resolve the issue, do a report on the ENQUIERY screen.
TOPAZ -> ENQUIERY, select the date range and View. If the duration column shows zero here then the PABX did not send off a duration for this call. TOPAZ only reports on what the PABX sends off.
- To ensure that rates are loaded and updated to your calls.
- Load Rates:
Open TOPAZ.
Go to Setup -> Properties -> Rates ->Load rates, a window will appear, select your zone and click on open. - Re-cost your calls:
Open TOPAZ.
Go to Setup -> Properties -> Rates ->Re-cost calls, select the date from.
Pull the report again to check if you cost shows. - How do I test a rate in TOPAZ?
If your call now cost correct under Test Cost Calculator then you can pull the report. The costing should be correct.

- If your report still shows no cost and the call details get a cost under 'Test Cost Calculator', the only option is to blank the TOPAZ database and re-load the rawdata or pip files, see forum posts:
