The telephone icon has disappeared...PABX3 crashes

The system tray:

This happens when the system tray of the windows
start-bar crashes and the icons disappear. The programs
are still running, but you can't see them running.

Fix: Press [Control + Alt + Del]
The task list should appear. Check if the "pabx2" or "PABX3"
is running. If it is, select it and press the "End Task"
button. As soon as the task has been ended you can start
the PABX interface up again.

The PABX Interface is started by clicking on
[START] -> Programs -> Startup -> pabx3.

Now your Telephone icon should be back at the bottom of the screen.

The startup:

Ensure that PABX3 is in your startup, else each time your PC is re-
booted you will lose calls until PABX3 is manually restarted.

Different Windows User loggins on the same PC:

When using XP there is a switch-user facility. When you
switch users, PABX3 will continue to run in the background as user 1.
Thus do not open another PABX3 Interface. Please note that if you reboot
the PC and a user does not have PABX3 in the startup folder, PABX3 will
not open and you will loose call data until PABX3 is manually started.

In 2000 also be careful with the setup regarding the startup for the
different Windows logins for the users. If PABX3 is not in the
startup for ALL users, then PABX3 will not startup when the PC
is shutdown and logged in with another Windows users login.
