This is a hardware issue that we can not fix, but our PABX interface does have a
workaround for it. In other words, we do get the date correctly.
To check if this has happend to you:
- Take the current month you are in, e.g. June (6th month)
Now take the dates (04-06-2001) The 4th of June 2001, check if you have data
for that day by using the enquerries. - Click on Enquirries, Select Day, then Select the date (4th of June). Now Click on
query. Verify that you have data for that day.
The Panasonic KXTD 1232 does swap the day and the month around on some months.
This is a hardware issue that we can not fix, but our PABX interface does have a
workaround for it. In other words, we do get the date correctly. - Do the same for the 7th of June and the 12th of June. If you have data for this
time period, then there is something else that could be wrong. - Now if you take the dates that you used and swap the month and day as follows:
04-06-2001 -> 06-04-2001 (6th of April)
07-06-2001 -> 06-07-2001 (6th of July)
12-06-2001 -> 06-12-2001 (6th of December)
and do the same query on the data for these dates, you should find data.
If this is the case, you need a PABX Interface update.
