"Network Initialization Failed: Permission Denied"

This error occurs when you are trying to access the Data folder
that is read-only. Give full sharing to the Datatex folder.
Check that the folder is shared with full access for your user.
Check that the user that you are using has file write permissions
for the data folder and the share.
If it is shared with a password, make sure that the password was
entered correctly.
Make sure that the windows user login has full access to the
Datatex folder. ALSO SEE: Access rights on XP and 2000.
