Make sure the that the printer is selected as the PC's
default printer. To test if this is working print a
test print from Windows to that printer.
Under [Topaz -> Printer Setup]
Check if the correct printer is selected (this should pick
up the default printer from Windows).
If you close TOPAZ and then restart it again, it will select
the default printer again.
If it is a batch report that is not printing:
On the TOPAZ MASTER Version:
[Reports -> Batch Reports]:
Upgrade to TOPAZ 1.7.0.4.

TOPAZ before version 1.7.0.4:
PRINT ON should be the default printer (Master Topaz)
If blank it will print to the default printer of the Topaz server.
Check that the next run date is a date in the future.
Also check under Windows that the PC date is correct.
Make sure there is data to print report from:
[SETUP -> PROPERTIES -> PABX]
NEXT AUTO UPDATE should be a date in the future or there is no data to import.
AUTO LOAD FILE should therefore be ticked.
Make sure that batch reports is set to print:
[SETUP -> PROPERTIES -> BATCH REPORTS]
Make sure the AUTO PRINT BATCH REPORT is ticked.
