Account Code Report showing only the user name

To "hide" the account code and only show the user name on the
report: Under Reports -> Custom, under Group by select USER.

To ensure someone does not phone from your extension without
an account code setup the report with this value:
Field Selection: AccountCode <> <BLANK>
