Export option for Legal Suite

Overview:

Topaz now has an option to export call information to a CSV file in the Legal Suite required format. The file name and location can be specified by the user.

TOPAZ requirements to create export file:

[*]No Account Codes:

1.) Topaz 1.6.0.3 or newer
2.) Topaz Callmonitor

[*]Account Codes:

1.) Topaz 1.6.5.0 to 1.7.0.11 allows the use of account codes in stead of the reference codes from Topaz Call Monitor.
2.) PABX3 Plugin for Legal Suite for your PABX unit will be required.
3.) Topaz Callmonitor
The Topaz 1.6.0.8 or later requires Callmonitor version 1.6.0.8
The Topaz 1.6.5.7 or later requires Callmonitor version 1.6.5.14
The Topaz 1.7.0.9 or later requires Callmonitor version 1.7.0.11

[*]Account Codes (TOPAZ 1.7.5.0 or newer):

1.) TOPAZ 1.7.0.12 allows the use of account codes instead of the reference codes from Topaz Call Monitor.
2.) Standard PABX3 Plugin will be required.
3.) Topaz Callmonitor version 1.7.5.0 or later is recommended.
4.) Topaz version 1.7.5.2 or later is recommended.

Setup of export option to Legal Suite from TOPAZ:

1.) The Topaz Callmonitor:

The Topaz Callmonitor must be installed on the computers where calls are being made. Whenever a call is finished, a reference pop up will appear on the computer screen. A reference can then be selected from a predefined list or typed in by the user. This reference will then be send back to Topaz. Once Topaz receives this information, it will export that call with the reference code, user name, telephone number. Marked up cost and transaction number.

2.) TOPAZ:

2.1) Usernames need to be configured correctly in Topaz.
[DATA -> USERS].The user must be connected to either an extension or an account code.

2.2) The markup can be changed in the Topaz Setup.
[SETUP -> PROPERTIES].

2.3) The transaction number is the Topaz Call transaction number. It will always be unique, but might not be in numerical order.(depends on the order in which the reference number goes through to Topaz).

Conclude:

Topaz will create the file if it doesn't exist or just keep on adding to the end of the file if it does exist.

Here is an example of what the data will look like:

Where "LEON" is the person who made the call and "ADMIN" is the reference for this call.

1.) Legal Suite must have the facility to import the TOPAZ export in this format.
2.) The Legal Suite must remove or manipulate the file to prevent it from growing too large.
