No unanswered/internal/ringtime calls on Panasonic PBXs

Unanswered

    Panasonic KXTD-500:
    Panasonic KXTD-500 PBXs must be configured to send unanswered calls.

    Programming, Maintenance, SMDR
    Enable printing printing AN (answer time).

    Panasonic KXTD-816 and KXTD-1232:

    Panasonic KXTD-816 and KXTD-1232 PBXs do not send unanswered calls.
Internal

    Panasonic KXTD-1232:
    Panasonic KXTD-1232 does not show internal calls.

    Panasonic TDA:

    The TDA has a facility to show internal calls, but these calls will not have any duration,
    ringtime or line, since the PABX does not give this information.

Ringtime

    Panasonic KXTD-500:
    Panasonic KXTD-500 PBXs must be configured to send ringtimes.

    Programming, Maintenance, SMDR
    Enable printing RC (ring time).

    Panasonic KXTD-816 and KXTD-1232:
    For ringtime on your TOPAZ reports you need TAPI and DTP.

    Panasonic TDA:
    The internal calls does not have a duration, ringtime or line, since the PABX does not give
    this information.
