I selected the wrong zone, how do I fix this?

You will need the TOPAZ CD.

Close TOPAZ.
Copy the correct Zone file from
the CD:\rates\South Africa\zones\ \ to
C:\Program Files\Datatex\Topaz\Rates

Now Open Topaz.
SETUP > PROPERTIES > RATES
Select the correct zone file, click on OPEN.
The rates will now be updated.
Message "Rates loaded successfull", click on OK.

Now do the re-costing:
Click on Re-cost Calls from...

The rates should be correct.

To test do a Check cost.
Use at less six digits to test (example 021592, not just 021).
