Upgrade your DTP: to at least Emerald.DTP.Install-1.0.1.5.exe
You will find this on the website:

Upgrade your TOPAZ: to Version 1.6.0.1 or newer
You will find this on the website:

download "TOPAZ - Telephone Management System".
