How do I get a report of speed-dial numbers?

a) If the PABX gives off the number with *333 infront:
Select CUSTOM REPORTS.
Setup your report, but in FIELD SELECTION choose NUMBER, LIKE, *333%.
This will pick up all the numbers starting with *333.

b) If the PABX does not give the numbers off starting *333:

b)1. You can group the speed-dial numbers as BUSINESS CALLS, if all speed-dial calls
are also business calls and the BUSINESS CALLS function is not in use for
something else.

1. To set all calls as private by default:
SETUP>PROPERTIES>FILTERS&DEFAULTS> tick PRIVATE under DEFAULT FOR NEW NUMBER.
All new numbers will now register as PRIVATE.

2. Now you must check the new numbers if they are speed-dial or not.
I suggest a TOP 20 NUMBERS DIALED REPORT. Use this report to mark as
BUSINESS CALL.

3. To mark these calls a business calls:
DATA>NUMBERS> Untik PRIVATE if it is a speed-dial number.
All the number that is not ticked as PRIVATE will now register as BUSINESS CALLS.

4. To setup you report:
REPORTS>CUSTOM REPORTS>
Set the report with the info you need,
but in FIELD SELECTION choose PRIVATE, =, FALSE.
The report will now show all the BUSINESS CALL (your speed-dial calls)

b)2. Second method of grouping these numbers together:
Go to DATA > NUMBERS >
Use the GROUP options to group the Speed-dial numbers together, example SPEED-DIAL.
Make sure that the spelling for your group name is the same for all numbers.

You can now setup a Custom Report using
FIELD SELECTION by GROUP, =, 'The group name you entered'.
Again make sure of the spelling.
This report will give you all the calls made to the grouped telephone numbers.
