The Pablo export file is a CSV file.
Every call that is processed by Topaz will be exported to this file. The file
has to be moved away with Pablo. A new file will be created if it doesn't exist.
The file can be configured in Topaz:
Setup -> Properties -> Network & Front office.
Enable the Front office interface.
Select the Pablo format and enter the file name and location that you want to use.
The format of the file is as follows:
Date,Time,Extention,Number,Duration,CallType,TrunkLine,Cost,Account
Date format [dd-mm-yyyy]
CallType format [Incoming,Outgoing,Unanswered]
Cost Format [Float]
Duration format [HH:MM:SS]
