How do I export telephone numbers from Topaz?

Yes.

1. Create Number Export File in TOPAZ:
Use Custom Report.
REPORT OPTIONS: Untick SUMMARY.
ORDER BY : Tick CALLS
This will group all calls for a number together.
Click on VIEW it to check. If you are happy with the report, to export this report
to EXCEL, click on the EXPORT button.

2. Create Topaz Import file in EXCEL:
Now open the file you saved in EXCEL and select the columns you need.
Please note the import format as explained in document below. Change the PRIVATE
column, which is TRUE or FALSE, to P or B. In EXCEL you can use Edit > Find and
Replace to do this.

3. Import EXCEL file into TOPAZ:
