Always check the Topaz log file first to see if there are any errors listed when
it is trying to import data.
Key Violation error:
If you have an error " -> Key Violation" check the Data screens and verify that
the check mark is gray.
If it is black, it means that the record has not been saved.
Try to click the Tick mark and see if it saves the entry, if you get an
error "Key Violation" then there might be a problem with that file.
Click the cross to cancel the insert.
Close Topaz
Make a backup of the file that gave the problem
Re-index the file, ALSO SEE
restart Topaz and check if you can import data now.
