When I open TOPAZ, I get an error "table is busy"

Search for *.NET files:
error that the path is controlled by another .NET file

Reindex the .db file specified.
How do I reindex a database file?

Upgrade to the latest database version.
Close TOPAZ
Go to C:\Program Files\Datatex\Topaz\
Open the TOPAZ.INI file
Change the version number to 1.2.0.0
