Topaz report show a long call, but it was not dialed

For most PABX's the date and time on the report is when
the call ended.

Therefore subtract the duration of the call from the
time it ended to get the date and time the number was
actually dialed. This will help with the tracing of
the call.

Maybe you pressed a speed-dial button and did not put
the phone down properly when you cancelled.
