Incorrect dates on LG GDK PABX

Some LG PABXs are set to send the dates in mm/dd/yyyy format, instead of
dd/mm/yyyy which is what the PABX3 interface expects.

The LG 100 must send the date off as #mdy, for the plugin Plg100.dll

You can check it by checking the VT100 screen on the PABX3, located under
Tools, VT100.

You can change it by pressing TRANS, *, 5 on the switchboard. Do not lift
the handset when you type this.

On the LDK 300 you can change the format like this:
Mode 169
Flexkey 2
Option 0 [mm/dd/yy]
