Why does my Budget not work when using Call Monitor?

Overview:

By default TOPAZ will mark all calls as Business calls.

When you pick the phone up to make a call,
once the call action is ended (put the phone down, put
the phone on hold, transfer the call,...),
the PABX unit sends the call data to TOPAZ,
TOPAZ uses this data for the TOPAZ Call Monitor pop-up
you receive, which prompts you for information.

TOPAZ Call Monitor pop-up:

When call 'ABC' is made, TOPAZ checks if
it is on the TOPAZ numbers database and if it is marked
as private.

If there are no numbers marked as private that matches
'ABC' it will not subtract the call cost from your
budget. If a match where found it would have calculated
the cost and passed it on to TOPAZ Call Monitor to display.

After call 'ABC' has been made and you
put the phone down, then the details are send to show
in TOPAZ Call Monitor popup.

Therefore, the details of 'ABC' just marked
as private will not show in TOPAZ Call Monitor, since the
"Budget rules" for that user was checked, before
the call was marked as private in the TOPAZ Call Monitor
popup prompt.
