My PRI server is not recording on a certain extension

Make sure that the Extension is set up to record under
Topaz. In Topaz go to Data->Extensions and make sure
that the extension you want to record has an AmethystIP
setup.

If you want to record on specific or all Lines
then the AmethestIP of those lines must be setup under
the Lookup tab.
