1. It might be that your PABX did not capture the
call data for the period of time in question.
(e.g. because of a power failure or by accidentally
closing the PABX3 interface) However, I don't think
this is the case since it is missing for several days
and someone would have noticed if something was wrong.
2. The calls were captured, but not imported by TOPAZ.
Re-import your old call data:
Login with admin
Click on:
Setup (on the Left)
Properties (at the top of the screen)
Pabx (at the top of the screen)
Import Now (the button on the right)
A open dialog window will appear.
Go to folder C:\Program Files\Datatex\Topaz\OldPabxPip\
(previous call data)
Select the files that you want to import. (I suggest
you import all the data => Press "CTRL + A" on your
keyboard)
Click on the Open button to start the import.
Ensure that the Topaz is registered if you are importing
calls from before the installation date. Since Topaz will
expire if you proceed.
Once the import is completed, make sure the file path for
the auto load and import is
C:\Program Files\Datatex\PABX3\pabx.pip,
you can check this in TOPAZ > SETUP > PROPERTIES >
PABX > in the PABX FILE UPDATE window.
3. If you did the import and you still can't see the
information, it might be that you are not using the
correct "report options".
