Why are my Incoming calls being costed in TOPAZ?

In [TOPAZ -> ENQUIRIES -> ALL CALLS]
Check that the column "Inc." has values "TRUE". If not the plugin
is not picking up Incomig calls. Make sure you are using the correct
plugin.
If you are pulling a report on incoming calls only, make sure
your report options are set up correctly to only reflect incoming calls.
TOPAZ: Costing for incoming calls
My internal calls are being costed.
