Use the Windows Administrator login to log into the TOPAZ Master PC.

Vista:
In Windows, Click on 'Start',
Enter 'regedit' in the 'Search field' and press enter
You are now in the Registry editor.
Choose 'HKEYLOCAL MACHINE'.
Choose 'Software'.
Right-click on the Datatex folder,
choose 'permissions',
select the user login.
Set it to 'full control'.

XP:

In Windows, Click on 'Start',
Click 'run'.
Enter 'regedit'.
You are now in the Registry editor.
Choose 'HKEYLOCAL MACHINE'.
Choose 'software'.
Right-click on the Datatex folder,
choose 'permissions',
and the user login.
Set it to 'full control'.

2000:

Go to C:\Program Files
Right-click on the Datatex folder
Choose 'Properties',
click on 'Security',
click on the user login,
tick 'Full Control'.

Please Note:

If Windows was installed with the FAT32 files,
then you will not see the security settings.
If you cannot access the registry to do these settings as explained,
it is a restriction or access setting, which the IT
Department needs to configure according to company policy.
Please contact the IT Department to give you full control over the Datatex folder.
Make sure that the datatex folder is fully accessible and not read only.
