Can I only get CallMonitor pop-ups for incoming calls?

No, you cannot set CallMonitor to show only incoming calls.

There is an option to only show outgoing calls, no Incoming
calls. There isn't a Incoming only option.

The following pop-ups can be configured:

Only pop-up on outgoing calls:

This setting applies to all Call Monitors.

[TOPAZ -> Setup -> Properties -> Filters and Defaults],
Under the "Reference" section, tick "No reference on incoming".

If ticked only outgoing calls will have a pop-up.
If unticked incoming and outgoing calls will have a pop-up.

SHOW CLI POPUP:

If ticked, screen pops will show with available CTI/CLI.

In [CALLMONITOR -> SETUP -> SHOW CLI POPUP] or
Right-click on the CALLMONITOR icon, choose CONFIGURE.

This applies for all incoming and outgoing calls. If set,
any call (incoming or outgoing) will display a pop-up.

The reference and company info pop-ups can be configured
in Topaz on a per user basis on the extensions screen.

[DATA -> EXTENSION -> Call Monitor ->Ask for reference]
[DATA -> EXTENSION -> Call Monitor ->Call Information]

If "No Reference on incoming" is ticked, you will only be
prompted on outgoing calls.

Keep in mind that if an number already has a reference
number or Company Name / Person associated to it, you will
never get a pop-up for this number, according to your setup.

[DATA -> NUMBERS], you need to leave "REFERENCE" blank if
you want to enter different references for the same telephone
number.

If under [DATA -> NUMBERS], "Company" / "Person" is already
entered, you will not be prompted for the details.

The reference can be configured to Yes, No or
Forced. (Forced will allow only selecting from the dropdown list,
no typing)

[DATA -> EXTENSION -> Ask for reference]

Y = Yes, ask for reference.
(Can enter a code or select from the dropdown list)
N = No, don't ask for code at all.
F = Forced, ask for reference, but only allow selecting from list;
can not enter their own codes.
Company info can be set to Yes (not required),
No (Don't ask) or required (Forced to enter a value first.)

Y = Yes, ask for details, nothing required.
N = No, don't ask for details at all.
R = Yes ask for details, Person and Calltype fields are required.
