Why are my buttons greyed out?

TOPAZ evaluation period has expired.
ALSO SEE: Registration expired

A Client TOPAZ has buttons greyed out. It does not import data.
Only the "SETUP" button will be available.
ALSO SEE: My master version of Topaz no longer imports data,
and now is apparently a client version.

Your TOPAZ login will restrict your TOPAZ access.
ALSO SEE: What are the different logins for TOPAZ?

After I have viewed a report, most buttons on TOPAZ are greyed out.
