- Make sure of your report settings. Save the settings and pull the report again.
- If your report settings is correct and you still get no report data, try to pull the same information under "ENQUIRIES".

- If you cannot find the data with an ENQUIRY:
Check in the log files if the pip files were imported for the time period of your report.
C:\Program Files\datatex\Topaz\OldPabxPip
Sort listing by modify date to check date-time period for *.pip files.
If no pip file was loaded the PABX3 was most likely closed and could not record the call data.
If PABX3 was set to write the rawdata file, a file for each week of the year is created in
"C:\Program Files\Datatex\PABX3\Rawdata".
If this file is present you can import it via PABX3.

- Do the following:
- Close TOPAZ.
- Delete "C:/tmptopaz" folder"
- Open TOPAZ.
- Pull the report again.
